This is the second of our Collagraph print workshops to be held at Westhope College in the beautiful countryside of Shropshire. Above and below are Christine Bradshaw's inspirational collagraph plates and prints that are based on the allium seed heads in her garden.
The workshop is two days in the college to make a collagraph plate by experimenting with a variety of textures with materials such as paper, card, parcel tape, scrim and fabric.
Learn how to seal and ink the plate which will then be printed through an etching press.
Cost is £130 and all materials, tea, coffee and a light lunch are included.
Beginners and more experience students are very welcome.
If you wish to book a place please contact Westhope College on 01584 861293 or email: info(at)westhope(dot)org(dot)uk
More interesting workshops, each one looks so inviting. I did a little printing this way myself, at a workshop where we used a pasta making machine as a press.
ReplyDeleteThank you Valerie and great that you used a pasta making machine as a press.
