Beginners Lino workshop - printing cards and gift tags, Westhope College

A few weeks ago I taught some lovely people to lino print and held the first of a new workshop in Lino Printed cards and gift tags at Westhope College in Shropshire.
Using Japanese silk vinyl we first prepared the plates:

Then inked up the plates in colours of the participants choices:

Then printed onto the cards using a small press:

Cut some more plates for gift tags and printed them:

A fantastic days work and the next date for this workshop at Westhope is November 4th when we will be learning lino printing Christmas cards and gift tags.
