This is a new venue for Christine and I for our Introduction to Reduction Lino Printing workshop at Ditton Priors Village Hall in Shropshire.
Reduction lino printing is when a single piece of lino is used to produce a multi-coloured print. The lino block is gradually cut away as each colour is printed and sometimes only a small printable area is left on the block which prints the final, darkest tone. As the block is essentially destroyed during the process, a reduction lino print can never be reprinted.
