First weekend of Open Studios, Bronygarth


This is one event in the calendar that I really look forward to the Borderland Visual Arts Open Studio where four of us are showing our work at sculptor Judy Greaves' studio in Bronygarth near Chirk.

It's a beautiful peaceful, quiet place and the views from the studio are stunning even though the weather this year is alternating between some quite heavy downpours of rain and sunshine:




As we show visitors around there are refreshments available and artist Diana Baur has been taking advantage of the beautiful light in the studio to do some painting:

I also managed to visit the studio of artist Gill Crozier and purchase one of her prints and a ceramic vessel of Dorothy Harrison's for a present:
